Why Us?
We have 50 years of combined experience in coaching and managing people. Ed is a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and a Project Manager at a Fortune 50 Company. He has studied AI via MIT and is working on an MDiv at SBTS. Monica was in Retail Management, a Buyer for 10 years, and a Women's Director for 13 years. She will have her MDiv in July 2025.

Our ministry, The Roses Coaching Ministry, believes the best way to learn is by seeing and learning about the subject practically. That is why we have 11 workbooks and are in the process of developing several more.
Together we are Discipleship Coaches
Ed and Monica Rosenberg
For us, it's personal. Monica received no discipleship when she was saved and walked away from the Lord. Ed's discipleship training was dogmatic.

Our goal at the Roses Coaching Discipleship Ministry is to make the journey of faith easier and let people know that all believers are disciples of Jesus Christ. He values each of us and wants us to Come and Follow Him and become fruitful disciple-makers. We can help grow the church and expand the gospel to a world screaming for help.
Let’s do this together, across denominational lines. “So that the body of Christ can be built up until we reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:13).
We are both Certified Coaches, Leaders, and Speakers with the John Maxwell Team.
Why Discipleship?
Because Jesus said so. He approached the disciples and said, “Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19 KJV). Jesus was saying that He would equip them to be fishers of the souls of all people. They would become enabled to do this after following in His steps, abiding with Him, and learning obedience to Him.
We intentionally grow in knowledge, grace, diligence, and purpose. Sitting at His feet and watching how He ministers gives us a new understanding of who He is, why He came, why He died, and what that means for each of us.

The entirety of the Bible is about fruitfulness and multiplication. The gospel is not simply about making conversions. It is more. It is bigger than that. Paul expanded this concept to making disciples who make disciples. He said, “And these things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others” (2 Timothy 2:2). Paul and the apostles shared the gospel, and those they shared it with shared to others.
And the cycle expanded. This is how the church is supposed to grow.
We are to be fruitful in our faith by giving it away.
